Governor Tom Wolf says over four-hundred Pennsylvania National guard members have been deployed throughout the state to tighten security amid online threats of violence across all 50 states. The governor says he will not allow what happened at the nation’s capital to happen here. He added that the guard’s presence will enhance law enforcement’s ability to provide continued public safety and critical infrastructure security. More than one-thousand Pennsylvania National guard troops have also been sent to Washington D.C. to provide security at the Capitol during next week’s planned presidential Inauguration.
