An arrest was made in a five-year murder case out of Centre County. On Monday, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office announced 35-year-old Christopher Kowalski was arrested for the murder of 60-year-old Jean Tuggy. Police said Tuggy was shot to death in her Pine Grove Mills home in January 2016. Initially, police had no suspects. Attorney General Josh Shapiro said Kowalski, who lives in South Carolina, confessed to killing Tuggy.
