Criminal Charges have been filed against 49 year old Paula Johnson of Roaring Spring for a long list of crimes, according to the Blair County Sheriff’s Office. Johnson faces charges including Driving Under the Influence of drugs, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, Resisting Arrest, Tampering with Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession drug paraphernalia, Driving While DUI Suspended, and a long list of summary traffic related violations. Johnson’s arrest stems from an incident on Monday, March 8th which began in the city of Altoona where Johnson failed to stop for Blair County Sheriff Deputies for suspicion of DUI. After leading deputies on a persuit through several jurisdictions in Blair County, Johnson was finally stopped in Freedom Township.
