The Altoona Police Department says a teenager is wanted for attempted homicide following a shots fired incident in the city earlier this month. Police say they’re looking for 17-year-old Louis Colon for his involvement in the shots fired incident that happened April 7. Colon is accused of firing three rounds at a man who was standing beside his vehicle with his two-year-old child inside. No one was struck by the gunfire.
