Getting shots in arms is taking top priority for the PA Department of Health that has now opened vaccine eligibility to anyone over the age of 16. Meantime the DOH
reported 3,761 new coronavirus cases in the state Sunday along with 27 more deaths. Blair County reported 41 new cases and one additional death.
