State police in Hollidaysburg say an Illinois man is facing charges, accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Blair County girl that he met online, according to a criminal complaint. Troopers say 20-year-old Tabari Brown faces charges of statutory sexual assault, and a host of other offenses. Investigators say on Saturday, April 17, troopers were contacted by the victim’s mother who believed that her daughter was at the Days Inn Hotel in Altoona with an unidentified male that she had met on the Yubo live streaming app. Brown is currently being housed at the Blair County Prison, on $250,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 27th.
