The Pennsylvania Department of Health and the CDC confirmed that a PA woman was one of the six cases of rare blood clots that occurred within two weeks of receiving the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. In a statement on Thursday, the DOH said that the 26-year-old woman was being treated at a New Jersey hospital and had recovered. The CDC said they were not sharing personal information about the woman.
