It ran late into the evening, but the Blair County jury tasked with the fate of the Hollidaysburg man who is accused of murdering a 26 year old Hollidaysburg woman back in 2004, called it a day just after 11 last night without reaching a verdict. The jury will continue deliberating today at 9am to consider the fate of Paul Aaron Ross, the Hollidaysburg man facing charges of criminal homicide, aggravated assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful restraint, simple assault, false imprisonment and indecent assault in connection with the death of Tina Miller, whose body was discovered on June 27, 2004 partially submerged in a creek leading to Canoe Creek State Park.
