If you live in Blair County and have a mail-in or absentee ballot for today’s primary, listen carefully… You will need to stop by the county elections office at 279 Loop Road in Hollidaysburg or to stop at your local voting precinct. That’s a change from back in November, when you could drop that vote by mail ballot off on Union Street. You can’t do that now. The county elections office moved out of the courthouse late last year, and is now located inside a county highway yard building on Loop Road. The elections office will continue accepting those ballots through 8 tonight, when the polls close.
