In Altoona, a teenager is being charged as an adult following an attack in which the victim as stabbed three times. 17 year old Joshua Riggleman is under arrest… The victim… whose name has not been released… is being treated at UPMC Altoona for a punctured spleen. Riggleman is facing felony charges including attempted homicide and aggravated assault in connection with the stabbing that took place on the 600 block of Washington Avenue. Police have learned that the victim, who lived with Riggleman’s family. Police say Riggleman stabbed the victim in the back as he was entering the house through the front door after the two previously were involved in an arguement. Riggleman is now behind bars in the Blair County Prison. He is being held on $300,000 cash bail.
