Logan Township police arrested three people Tuesday after officers found more than 5 pounds of cocaine in their vehicle when they pulled them over on Interstate 99. 22 year old Yoliemar Rodriguez and 26 year old Bryan Torres-Garcia… both of Buffalo, New York along with 24 year old Jose Encarnacion of Lynn, Massachusetts… are all now facing multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver as well as possession of a small amount of marijuana. The 5 pounds of cocaine had a street value of about $80,000. The three were all arrested on the spot, and are now all behind bars in the Blair County Prison, where at last report, they were each unable to post their individual $300,000 cash bails.
