A shooting incident is under investigation in Altoona, where police now are turning to the public for help finding a 17 year old who they say was involved in the shooting that took place on Saturday. Altoona Police say they are searching for Preston B. Weakland. He is described as being about 5-feet-9-inches tall and has a medium build, short brown hair and brown eyes. Weakland is facing charges including attempted homicide, conspiracy to commit homicide, aggravated assault and multiple firearms-related charges in connection with the shooting that police say took place at about 2:40 p.m. Saturday near the area of 17th Street and 7th Avenue.
