GOOD SAMARITANS CREDITED WITH SAVING LIVES OF CRASH VICTIMS

In Logan Township, some good samaritans are being credited with saving the lives of some people who were involved in a crash Wednesday afternoon near the Blair/Cambria County line. Logan Township Police say it happened around 3pm on Colonel Drake Highway, when an SUV hit a utility pole, and then flipped, and caught fire. There were five people inside the SUV when it happened, and three of them were trapped inside until they were rescued by others who stopped to render aid. Police say the quick action of the other drivers who stopped to help prevented loss of life. Police did not identify those involved. The injured were taken to hospitals, and there has been no update on their conditions.
