Police say they nabbed an Altoona man who was under the influence in June when he ran a red light, caused a crash and injured three juveniles. According to the Logan Township Police Department, 50-year-old Shawn Reed was arrested in Ayden, North Carolina and he’s been charged with two counts of aggravated assault by motor vehicle while driving under the influence, two counts of aggravated assault by motor vehicle, four counts of recklessly endangering another person and other related charges. The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. June 10 at the intersection of South 17th Street and McMahon Road in Logan Township.
