A Claysburg man has been arrested in a sexual assault investigation involving an 8 year old girl. 21 year old Evan Dively is facing charges including harassment, indecent assault and corruption of minors.The little girl told Blair County investigators that she had been touched several times Dively, who was 20 years old at the time of the alleged assaults, and living in her home while he was dating her older sister. Dively… who has since moved out… abused her sister while they were dating. Dively is now behind bars in the Blair County Prison and the investigation is said to be ongoing.
