Federal authorities announced 31 people, most of them from Johnstown, have been charged in a multi-state drug trafficking ring. Acting United States Attorney Stephen Kaufman made the announcement Thursday in front of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Johnstown office. The group has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Johnstown on a charge of violating federal narcotics laws. Those charged includes 29 people from Cambria, Indiana, Allegheny, Philadelphia and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania.
