Guilty on all counts… that was the verdict Tuesday in a case involving a Blair County prison inmate who was involved in a fight back in 2019 that left another inmate hospitalized for three days. 35 year old Kyle Kagarise (KAY – gurr – rice) of Altoona, was convicted of aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy to engage in aggravated assault in connection with the severe beating of 39-year-old Glenn Staehli III. The jury took about two and a half hours to reach its verdict. Sentencing is now set for November 29th.
