Police say a man is dead following a Centre County construction accident Monday afternoon. According to Spring Township Police Chief Adam Salyards, crews were called just after 1 p.m. to the 500 block of E. Rolling Ridge Drive. Salyards says workers were installing sewer lines at a new housing development when the accident happened. Details are limited at this time, but he says a 26-year-old man was pronounced dead on scene.
