Floating boat docks and fishing piers near Johnstown’s proposed Inclined Plane Riverside Park will be made possible through a $200,000 grant being awarded today, according to state Rep. Jim Rigby. The park is just one component of the Inclined Plane Riverside Project that will cover approximately 90 acres and revitalize the region to include an ADA-compliant river access point and expansion of walking and biking trails. The plan is to have everything in place for the spring of 2023 when the Johnstown Incline, which is closed for renovations, is scheduled to reopen.
