A Tyrone man obviously not filled with Christmas spirts, faces robbery and resisting arrest charges after police say he attempted to rob a woman in a parking lot Thursday. Ted E. Mills, 48, allegedly tried to force his way into a woman’s vehicle and demanded money. Tyrone police caught him and he’s now behind bars, though he’s already tried the pick the lock of his handcuffs.
