A Cambria County man charged for shooting and killing his grandson in April pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter earlier today, according to the Cambria County District Attorney’s office. Authorities say now 68-year-old John Oblinsky, of Summerhill, was charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Jacob Fisher at a home along Fairlane Road. Investigators say Oblinsky shot Fisher following a domestic-related incident.
