Due to inclement weather, a concealed-carry seminar hosted by Rep. Jim Gregory (R-Blair) has been rescheduled. Gregory will now host the free seminar Thursday, March 31, for those who want to learn more about Pennsylvania’s concealed-carry permitting process and firearms laws. The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park, 201 S. Walnut St., Martinsburg. RSVPs are required, as capacity is limited.
