A house fire in the Woodvale section of Johnstown Monday evening has been ruled arson and was set by two young kids ages 6 and 7, authorities say. The second alarm house fire was reported just after 7 p.m. at a home along Woodvale Ave. at Dellwood Street. Johnstown fire officials said the home was vacant. State Police Fire Marshal Carl Richards said the fire was started on the back porch of the home with a stick lighter. There were no injuries.
