Police say a jogger was hit and killed by a plow truck in Centre County Wednesday night. According to the State College Police Department, the crash happened at the intersection of Old Boalsburg Road and Boal Ave. around 8:19 p.m. Emergency responders say the person who was hit by the truck was unresponsive when they arrived on scene and was pronounced dead there. Investigators say they believe the person was jogging and crossing Boal Ave. when the individual ran into the path of an oncoming truck and was struck.
