Altoona police say they’re looking for a man who tried to shoot another man in the head Saturday. The Altoona Police Department says 33-year-old Charles Mobley is charged with attempted homicide for trying to kill a man around 6:40 p.m. on the 2100 block of 4th Ave. According to police, the incident happened at a small child’s birthday party. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact the Altoona Police Department.
