Altoona police say a 15-year-old student has been arrested and charged after allegedly make threats towards the Altoona Area School District. Police say on Wednesday, authorities were notified that a student had threatened violence towards the Altoona Area Junior High School. Police say upon further investigation, the student was taken into custody and charged with felony terroristic threats. The identity of the student has not been released.
