Johnstown police say one man is in custody following a shots fired incident near Oakhurst Homes this morning. Officers were dispatched to the area of the community center for a report of a black male who had fired a gun in the direction of Building #6 at Oakhurst Homes. Upon further investigation, police identified the suspect as 33-year-old Ronald Keith Gooden, of Philadelphia, and learned that he had reportedly been involved in a domestic violence-related incident.
