One person was rushed to the hospital while another is now facing attempted homicide charges after a shooting in Bedford County. State police were called to a reported shooting on Douglass Road in Hopewell Township around 8 p.m. 32-year-old Ray Vincent was found in an apartment above a garage and taken into custody without incident. state police learned that a man, known to Vincent, had come to the home looking for help after having car troubles. Vincent reportedly came out to the garage with a handgun firing the gun. UPMC Altoona staff later told police that the man did have a gunshot wound to the top of his head. Bail was denied and Vincent was placed in Bedford County Prison.
