Authorities in Blair County say a Williamsburg man is behind bars and faces dozens of felonies related to the repeated thefts of various items and equipment from multiple area construction companies/sites. Troopers say 46-year-old Wayne Baker is now being housed at the Blair County Prison following a months-long investigation into various thefts from sites in both Blair and Cambria counties.
Authorities say during the investigation, one witness told police that he had knowledge of approximately $500,000 worth of items, equipment and vehicles that Baker had stolen over the past few years.
