Authorities say a man has died after being rescued from a Johnstown creek he fell into Wednesday evening. Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees says the man died earlier today from injuries he sustained in the incident that happened near Akers Street and Otto Court. Emergency crews were called around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday for reports of a person who had fallen into the creek. It’s unclear what caused the man to fall.
