A PennDOT bridge replacement project will take place in the city of Altoona for the 5th avenue bridge over Mill Run Stream, beginning Monday April 3rd. The project will close a portion of 5th Avenue between 31st Street and Crescent Road and traffic will be detoured to 6th Avenue. The project is expected to last through August 15th.
