Johnstown police say a local man is behind bars following a three-hour standoff Sunday night. Officers were initially called to the 700 block of Railroad Street, just before 8 p.m., for a report of shots fired. The caller claimed that her upstairs neighbor, 42-year-old Andriese Ingram, had reportedly fired two shots outside her residence following a dispute. Ingram is being held at the Cambria County Prison.
