A masked man is accused of breaking into a home and trying to steal lawn equipment overnight in the City of Altoona. The masked man, who was identified as 35-year-old Robert Pfahler II, allegedly broke into a home on the 300 block of 5th Avenue. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 7th.
