The air quality throughout Central Pennsylvania is considered to be unhealthy as smoke from the Canadian wildfires shifts into the area Wednesday. Blair County is listed under the second most serious level, a code orange by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, until at least 8am Thursday.
