An Altoona man has been handed eight to 16 years in state prison. 23 year old Jason Sanderlin had pleaded guilty to a slew of charges related to two incidents. In one, Sanderlin, carrying an AR-10 assault style rifle, kicked open an apartment door and once inside, the men are accused of yelling racial slur and aiming guns at the people inside, then taking a quarter pound of marijuana and $400.
