A defense attornety for an Altoona man accused in connection with the stabbing death of another man in April, has had a request to preserve the scene granted by a judge. 51 year old Raymond Oechsle Jr is scheduled to be formally arraigned August 1. Among the charges he reportedly faces are first degree murder, aggravated assault, evidence tampering and abuse of a corpse.
