A Tyrone man is facing charges including terroristic threats, ethnic intimidation and simple assault in connection with an incident last month on the 12 hundred block of Lincoln Avenue. Police say they got to the scene where a woman said 78 year old Melvin Miller called her a racial slur, then went into his home and came back with a shotgun. Miller’s son took the weapon from his father.
