A Blair County jury has acquitted a former Altoona man of two drug-trafficking offenses. 41 year old Raymond Moore had been charged after a search at an Altoona residence turned up 700 packets of heroin, cash and an apparent drug debt sheet. He was cleared of charges including criminal conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver.
