WISE Women of Blair County announces they are seeking applications for scholarship assistance. One or more scholarships will be awarded up to a total of $10,000. Deadline for applications is no later than 4 pm on Friday, September 29, 2023. Scholarships will be available to Blair County resident females 21 years of age or older who have overcome adversity or discrimination in their lives and who are pursuing post-secondary education. The scholarship is not available for a Masters, Doctorate or a second Bachelor’s degree.
