A Duncansville man was arrested for fleeing a crash scene following a head-on crash Friday morning. Police say 25 year old Garrett Bowser took off, and left a female passenger behind, after he drove into the path of an oncoming vehicle on Mill Road in Allegheny Township. Bowser is now facing charges including Accidents Involving Death Or Personal Injury, Accidents Involving Death or Injury While Not Licensed, Habitual Offenders, and his third offense of having a blood-alcohol content of at least 0.02 percent. Bowser is also facing a string of lesser charges too, after police say he tried to pay the other driver… who suffered a knee injury…. $1,000 and then asked that driver not to call the police, before taking off without giving his name.
