PA MAN JAILED IN HAWAII

A tourist from Pittsburgh has been charged with manslaughter after a deadly fight in a Hawaii vacation rental. Police were called to a vacation rental where a 30-year-old man wasn’t breathing. An autopsy showed that Abhishek Gupta of Pittsburgh was strangled, and investigatiors learned that it happened when an argument between two men turned physical. 37 year old Benjamin Fleming of Pittsburgh and 31 year old Alexander Germany-Wald of Boston were arrested. Fleming was later charged while Germany-Wald was released after police conferred with prosecutors. Fleming is behind bars now in Hawaii, even though he has a plane ticket to return to Pennsylvania Sunday. A judge said coronavirus related restrictions on travel will make it unfeasible for him to return for court hearings, so his bail was set at $250,000.
