A man died in a fire Friday night in Clearfield County, and that fire has now been ruled an arson. 33 year old Matthew Troxell of Patton died in the blaze that was first reported just after 9pm on Main Street in Coalport. Investigators quickly arrested 36 year old Jonathan Gallaher, who is now facing charges including two counts of attempted homicide in addtion to the arson relelated charges. Pending the results of a full autopsy on Troxell, additional charges may be filed according to police. Meanwhile, Gallaher is being held behind bars now in the Clearfield County Prison.
