The Blair County Tea Party will host Paul Morinville as the featured speaker tonight at 7 at the American Legion Social Hall in Hollidaysburg. Morinville is an inventor with dozens of patents and pending applications. He is also the founder of US Inventor (www.usinventor.org), which works to end anti-inventor patent reforms and advocates for strong patent rights for inventors. Morinville hopped in his truck eight years ago and went to Washington to fight Big Tech and China in an effort to repair the patent system. In the process, he has sat in almost every Senate and House office and testified in Senate Hearings. He stresses that strong patent rights are key to encouraging new ideas, new businesses and economic growth for the future. Blair County Tea Party monthly meetings are free and open to the public. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available for those who want them. There is plenty of free parking at the American Legion Social Hall.
