One of the two teenage boys charged in an alleged school shooting plot at Westmont Hilltop High School has had his bond posted, authorities say. According to Upper Yoder Township Police Chief Don Hess, 17-year-old Preston Hinebaugh’s bond has been posted. He, along with 17-year-old Logan Pringle, are facing charges in the case. Hinebaugh faces charges related to terrorism, attempted aggravated assault, criminal trespassing and possession of a firearm by a minor, while Pringle is charged with criminal conspiracy related to terrorism and aggravated assault, court documents indicate.
