The wife of suspended Somerset County District Attorney Jeff Thomas is now facing charges, according to state police. Court documents show Thomas’s wife, Amy Thomas, has been charged with felony perjury along with multiple misdemeanors related to witness intimidation and obstruction. Police say they originally charged Jeff after they learned that he had assaulted his wife after she had reportedly confronted him at a Johnstown bar when she saw him with another woman, according to the affidavit.
