A settlement has been reached in the civil lawsuit filed against former Blair County District Attorney Richard Consiglio on behalf of a State College man who was falsely accused of threatening the Hollidaysburg Area School District. According to a recent court order, published on Aug. 9, the lawsuit filed on behalf of Scott Vinosky has been dismissed after a settlement was reached. Vinosky, who was a former intern at the school district, was falsely accused of leaving threatening phone messages to the school in 2019. Authorities later arrested and charged Javier Cantos Jr. for making the threats.
