A Tyrone man told a Blair County jury Wednesday that his actions on July 21 and 22 — when he stayed inside his Riddle Avenue residence for almost 18 hours while police gathered outside and initiated non-lethal tactics that destroyed his house — put no one at risk. 55 year old John Wineland maintained he never made mention of harming himself or anyone else.
