Victim Named in Johnstown Shooting

Still no arrests made in a deadly shooting that happened in the Moxham section of Johnstown over the weekend. Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees did identify the victim as 29-year-old Messiah Rhodes, of Philadelphia. Police were called Sunday for reports of shots fired on Lunen Street near Park Ave.
