Altoona Community Theatre is pairing up with The Penguin Project to bring a new production to the area. The production will help kids with disabiliites perform lead roles in modified versions of Broadway musicals. Interested parties can attend a meeting a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 6, or at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 8, at the ACT rehearsal hall, 1213 12th St.
